May 2025 River Track update
Had the “A” team out on Friday and covered over 750 m on the north side of the river. Terry, Jerry, Rod, and Jeff totally deserved a coffee at Little Joe’s after 2.5 hours of brush cutting and sprucing up that area

Tidying up The Warburton Welcome sign
Finally got there, a bit of a mess! However a few more hours will finish it off. We even got time to remove cobwebs and wash the timber Sign. Ted, Jerry, Terry and Jeff were involved. A lot of hard work an a lot of rubbish, a huge tandem caged trailer took it all away…

Firewood delivery
Alvin and Kevin delivered wood to the Visitors Information Centre this morning. WAL members always on hand to keep volunteers and visitors warm with regular wood deliveries

Mt Donna Buang downhill racers
Nothing our Warburton Advancement League Community Bus can’t do, skaters and luge riders being bused from the 10 Mile Turntable to the Mt Donna Buang Summit for race events at this year’s Victoria Downhill Yarra Ranges Downhill Festival 2024. Community Bus funded by Community Bank Warburton and Yarra Junction.

Redwood Centre cleanup
Big clean up this arvo behind Redwood centre, huge limb upsetting Bills lawn mowing routine, John, Max, Jerry and Jeff knocked it over, with one huge trailer load of limbs off to Jerry’s bonfire and nice trailer load of wood up to my place for Visitor Info Centre ( for year 2026)
